Terms of Service for Metropolis AB

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering on our platform, users (both individuals and company representatives) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (ToS), our Privacy Policy, and any other relevant terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Registration Requirements

  • Are illegal or promote illegal activities.
  • Involve the transmission of viruses or malicious software.

5. Content Ownership and Usage

5.1 User-Generated Content: Users retain ownership of their content, but grant Metropolis AB a license to use, display, and distribute this content in connection with the service.

5.2 Company Rights: Metropolis AB reserves the right to remove or modify user content for any reason, including content that violates these terms or is deemed harmful to the platform or its users.

6. Service Modifications and Termination

Metropolis AB reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice. We may also terminate or suspend access to our service for breach of these terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Metropolis AB is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through final and binding arbitration, except as otherwise stated in these terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Service, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce.

10. Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users are encouraged to review the terms periodically.
